Whodunit Christmas Murder Mystery evenings on the Spa Valley Railway
Solve the Murder and enjoy a delicious fish and chip supper on board a steam train while travelling between Tunbridge Wells West and Groombridge on 7 and 14 December 2019 with the Spa Valley Railway.
There has been a murder...and given that the police have drawn a blank on apprehending the villain, it is up to you to sleuth it out over a few drinks on the train!
The scene is the sleepy little Cornish village of Morlington Hill during the 1940s and your job is to help the 368 theatre company solve the murder. It is up to you to find out whodunit, you might even win a prize!
The evening starts at Tunbridge Wells West Station with a briefing at 18:15 sharp, before everyone boards the train where the story gets more interesting as the night draws in. On the outward journey enjoy a fish and chip supper while travelling through the High Weald countryside to Groombridge. Upon arrival at the station more of the story will unfold, so don’t miss the action on the platform before the train returns to Tunbridge Wells West. Another journey to Groombridge will follow with enough time to come up with who you think may have committed the dastardly deed!
The railway’s bar car ‘Kate’ will be open for the whole journey.
The evening finishes back at Tunbridge Wells West in the Victorian Engine shed when all will become clear.
