Little Waitrose now open at Shell St Johns
A new Little Waitrose has been opened at Shell St Johns, with a ribbon cutting, attended by The Mayor of Tunbridge Wells, Councillor Len Horwood and Shell retail and alliance strategy manager, Ed Hall.
To mark the opening, the first 1000 customers making a purchase in the new store received a free Waitrose branded hessian bag.

Ed Hall said, ‘We are pleased to announce the re-opening of Shell St Johns. Working with Waitrose, we are bringing an updated and expanded store to our customers in Tunbridge Wells. The service station now offers a great range of products for customers, whatever they need – whether that be grabbing a coffee or quick snack during a rest stop, or picking up groceries for tonight’s dinner.’
The site includes:
Waitrose Food To Go – sandwiches, salads, fruit and snacking items.
Waitrose Dinner for Tonight.
Waitrose Dairy and Deli.
Waitrose award winning chilled white and red wine.
Waitrose bakery lines.
There is also a gifting zone where you can choose Waitrose flowers, boxed chocolates and greeting cards.
There are great promotional offers on products like the £10 meal deal which was very popular with customers on Friday morning.
