May half term at Groombridge Place

Fairy tales and Fables – 10 am to 5 pm (26 May to 3 June).

Once upon a time, a very poor woodcutter lived in a tiny cottage in the enchanted forest with his two children, Hansel and Gretel...

Uncover their story and discover the fairy tales and fables of Groombridge Place. Join in the fun with craft activities, story telling, sing a longs, magic shows and watch some daring fire tricks.

Admission includes all the above in addition to daily birds of prey displays and entrance into the beautiful walled gardens which sit next to the moated manor house (which is not open to the public).

All the attractions in the forest are also included such as the new thrilling ‘Tree Top Walkway’, which is the longest and highest tree top walk in the country and the new giant tree swings and family swings.

Crusoe’s World, at the end of the Canal walk, offers a world of new adventures with new rope bridges and walkways and a fabulous new wooden ship for little pirates to explore.

There is also a burger grill to fill hungry tummies.

Car Parking Free. There is also a café selling hot and cold food and drink.
